How to Become an Observer

Your access level will be upgraded to Observer by a process which, in essence, is the same at most money management firms:

– Your desire to proceed further with your research of VCM partnerships is ascertained by a VCM representative via a meeting, emails, or a phone conference with you,

– A VCM representative will try to ascertain that you understand the style of our partnerships, in particular the long-term nature of our investments, concentration in relatively few positions, and our use of leverage in some of our partnerships,

– You will have an opportunity to ask questions that may have not been answered by your study of the documents that VCM made available to you on this website or by other means.

On the other hand, VCM may have granted you the Observer access level without you having gone through a Registered Guest stage. VCM may have based this decision on your prior relationship with VCM, or you prior investment experience, or other factors.

Whatever the case may be, we are delighted that you are considering VCM partnerships; we will attempt to answer your questions and address your concerns, and we hope that your becoming a limited partner will be beneficial to you and to VCM partnerships.
